What are your office and showroom hours?

The Lendable Linens office is open from 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday. Our showroom is located at our Sales Office and is open by appointment only Monday through Saturday.

What do I do if I have an emergency after hours and need to contact someone?

Please call our main office and the answering machine will list the name and cell phone number of the Sales Executive on call for the weekend, Please note that all regular orders should be placed during our regular business hours, 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday through Friday.

How can I get pricing on the items you rent?

Please contact any of our Sales Executives by phone or email and they will be happy to assist you with any prcing questions you may have.

What parts of the country do you ship to?

Lendable Linens offers nationwide shipping via UPS to the Continental United States and the Caribbean, and we have also arranged for a convenient service of post-event soiled linens. After the event, simply put the soiled linens in the laundry bags provided by us. You can give the linen bags to your UPS driver or take them to a UPS store and drop them off. If that is not convenient for you, for a nominal fee, we can have UPS pick up the linens for you on the next business day after your event.
When should I place my order?

Orders should be placed as soon as you know the details of your event to ensure the availability of the rental linens. A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. Final counts are due 7-10 days prior to your event.

What is your payment policy?

Unless you or your company has pre-approved credit with Lendable Linens, we ask that all final payments be made with a credit card. Deposits can be made by credit card or check. Al payment information should be provided to your Sales Executive, and charges will be made prior to delivery, shipping, or client pick up.

How do I handle damp or wet linens after an event?

If the linens you have rented are damp or wet, please let them air dry before packing them up for return. This helps eliminate replacement charges for mold or mildew damage.

What is your damage or missing items policy?

All rented items must be returned. In the event that items are missing or damaged, you will be contacted by Lendable Linens to arrange for their return. If the items are damaged, a replacement charge will be assessed and you will be invoiced. Replacement charges vary by item.
